Dr. M. Madhavi is a Senior Consultant at KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, with more than 27 years of experience across obstetrics and gynaecology and infertility and IVF.

Her clinical range covers uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, together with menopause management. Endometriosis appears in her profile as both surgery and treatment, so the condition is handled medically as well as operatively. Her operating list includes hysterectomy and laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy, oophorectomy, ovarian cyst surgery, endometriosis surgery and pelvic organ prolapse surgery.

She holds the M.B.B.S. and the D.G.O., and her three fellowships map onto the three strands of her practice: minimal invasive surgery, reproductive medicine, and robotic surgery on the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System.

She received an Award of Outstanding Excellence in Healthcare in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology at the Drs Excellence Awards 2025, and was recognised at AICOG 2024 in Hyderabad for outstanding contribution to women's health. She has separately received the DHEERA Award for sensitising women against domestic violence, which places public advocacy alongside the surgical and fertility sides of her work.
