Dr. Nisha Kapoor — Program Clinical Director and Head of Department (HOD) of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in Delhi NCR

Dr. Nisha Kapoor is Program Clinical Director and Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Marengo Asia Hospitals, Faridabad, in the Delhi NCR, with more than 22 years of experience.

Her practice covers the full range of benign gynaecology. She manages abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts and chronic pelvic pain, and provides menopause management. Her operating list runs from the least invasive options to the definitive ones: hysteroscopic polypectomy and uterine polyp removal, endometrial ablation, ovarian cyst surgery and endometriosis surgery, myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy, surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, and hysterectomy by laparoscopic or open approach.

She qualified MBBS and took an MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, along with a DGO from PGIMS, Rohtak. She is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Fellow of the Indian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Much of her career has been spent in professional leadership in Haryana. She was President of the Faridabad Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society from 2012 to 2019, is President of the Haryana Association of Gynae Laparoscopists, and Vice President of the Haryana Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She has mentored DNB postgraduate trainees for over 15 years, appears as faculty at national and international conferences, and has authored multiple scientific publications.

Her memberships include the Indian Medical Association, FOGSI, the Indian Menopause Society, the Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists, the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction and the Indian Society for Prenatal Diagnosis and Therapy.
